In 2007, we opened our City office and Workshop at Shyambazar, easily approachable, near to Shyambazar Metro Station & Five Point Crossing, a stone throw distance from BATA Crossing. Thus customers reach us very easily.

Our organization also has a well equipped Service Centre at SHYAMBAZAR. The service centre is managed by our hardware engineers, who are technicians par excellence. The components are tested here and handed over to the customers. Besides, faulty parts are checked and handed over to the adjoining replacement section for further action. Materials for replacement are received here and sent to the respective principals.
AMC & on calls are also attended from our office.
Efficient after sales service has always been our “Concern on Top Priority”. For the benefit of our customers, a separate “Replacement Centre” has been set up along with the service counter. Certain guidelines have been laid down to ensure a smooth procedure for replacement.
Materials for replacement are accepted between 2 to 5 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Such materials are checked by the engineers in the adjacent service centre for confirmation of the defect. Proper receipts of all the accepted materials are provided to the customers. Thereafter, these materials are sent to the respective Principal Companies. Normally, it takes around 21 days to obtain such replacements. Customers are always advised to confirm the availability of the replaced material over telephone before arriving personally for collection of the material. We do not undertake the responsibility of burnt or tampered materials. To facilitate a much more speedy procedure, certain Principals provide the replacements directly to the customers. To avail of this facility, customers are required to deposit the defective materials directly to the Principal Company's service centre.
